Work as part of the fun, hardworking Warehouse, Logistics & Fulfilment Team at our Sydney based premises in Castle Hill. You will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and work closely with all the 3DPO team. This is a full-time role (38 hour week) with a great career path.

Job Description

Your day will be as dynamic as the company and here are a few of the duties involved:

  • Picking and packing orders, ensuring they are labelled correctly
  • Receiving stock, including sorting and organising deliveries for smart storage for easy future dispatch and prevention of damage
  • Managing the flow of stock through our systems
  • Attending to clients and delivery drivers upon arrival to the warehouse
  • Must be able to lift up to 25kg on their own
  • Customer enquiries with orders / tracking via email and phone
  • Stock control and uploading on WordPress / woocommerce websites
  • Troubleshooting stock issues
  • Admin capabilities in using Microsoft 365 Suite

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment
  • Numerate with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and computer systems
  • Physically able, punctual and reliable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and computer software systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable talking on the phone
  • A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others
  • Customer service experience desired, but no essential
  • Ability to work with or without direction
  • Able to participate in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
  • A keen interest in process improvement
  • Current driver’s license essential
  • Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only

We are looking for a hands-on workshop repair / support technician that has solid experience repairing electrical appliances.

Experience within this field of manufacturing would be an advantage but training can be provided for the right applicant.

Job Description

Your day will be as dynamic as the company and here are a few of the duties involved:

  • Repair, maintain and service a wide range of brands of 3d printers, both small and large from hobbyist to industrial machines.
  • Preparing files for printing, including support generation.
  • Deal directly with supplier and factory support personnel to deliver excellent and timely outcomes for our customers.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, workflow and user errors and advise customers accordingly.
  • Unloading and post-processing of parts, including support removal.
  • Maintain and advise on appropriate spares and consumables inventory.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support with the sales team.
  • Equipment maintenance, materials handling and cleaning of machines.
  • Dealing with customers’ enquiries via our website, over the phone, support tickets and in our showroom.
  • Maintaining queues and machinery within the manufacturing space
  • Quoting customers on job enquiries.

Requirements

  • Small Appliance and Repair Certification is a requirement.
  • Skilled in dealing with retail and business customers.
  • Customer outcome focused.
  • Ability to acquire new skills and participate in product training.
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Ability to work with or without direction.
  • Able to participate in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • A keen interest in process improvement.
  • Experience with 3d scanning, modelling and CAD would be an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Current driver’s license essential
