How do I know my payment is secure?

You can be confident in knowing all payments (plus personal information) are secure and encrypted.

How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Shopify Payments by Stripe.

Why is my payment not being accepted?

A very small percentage of cards are not compatible with PayPal’s technology. Please select an appropriate alternative form of payment.

Below are some possible reasons payment has not been accepted (according to PayPal):

1. Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you have not logged into this particular account.
2. Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
3. You have linked this card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
4. You have exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
5. Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal’s system.
6. Your browser is not accepting cookies (clear cookies and try again).

We recommend clearing cookies then providing an alternative e-mail and/or credit card. If you have a PayPal account you may be required to sign in to complete the transaction.


Which countries do you ship to?

We presently ship to Australia only.

How can I track my order?

Please click on the “Track my order” page on our website. If you have not already received a tracking number please contact us via the “Contact us” page on our website to request one.

I ordered a week ago, my order hasn’t arrived?

We will update you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your item in real time. Click Depot ships a central location based in Sydney, Australia. Shipping generally takes between 1-3 business days (provided there are no unforeseen delays).

If you have not received a tracking number please contact us immediately.

Please note shipping may take longer than the general 1-3 business days should you be located outside of a metropolitan area.

Do I need to pay import taxes?

Import taxes are of no concern for our customers. Our goods have already cleared customs in Australia and these taxes have already been paid by Click Depot.


Do you have a store?

We have a showroom located in Quakers Hill, Sydney. Visits are can visit by appointment. 

Why are you so cheap? We source items in bulk from manufacturers overseas to get the best possible price. Furthermore we operate purely online. This has kept our costs significantly lower than that of a traditional retailer and has allowed Click Depot to pass those savings onto you.
Streamlining operations and offering the latest products in the market are some of the other benefits of operating this way. I ordered the wrong item can I change it?

Let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. If the item has not yet been processed and shipped we will have time to change it for you. Once it has been shipped we cannot change your order.

I placed a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

From time to time goods will ship out individually. In this case will will provide seperate tracking information for each item you had ordered. 


Is there a warranty included with your products?

Yes of course. A manufacturer’s warranty is included with all our products. These may vary from one manufacturer to the next. The warranty covers faulty and/or defective parts within the warranty period. For all warranty, related matters please contact us so we can assist you further. If there is an issue (of any sort) we would like the opportunity to resolve it for you.
