Meet the BCN3D Sigma D25, engineered for maximum productivity.
Discover a new generation of our best-known 3D printer, engineered to grant maximum productivity through a hassle-free experience thanks to features like its massive print volume and full connectivity. Powered by our Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, the Sigma D25 delivers quickly functional prototypes with quality and precision.
The autocalibration system incorporated in the BCN3D Sigma calibrates the entire printer in less than 6 minutes by measuring multiple points to automatically adjust the printing surface height and (XY) offset between both nozzles. Always obtain a perfect first layer, without any user intervention needed.
A setting that prints identical models simultaneously, doubling the production capacity.
A mode that enables printing mirrored designs symmetrically and speeds up iteration.
Soluble Supports Mode
A process that prints soluble parts to create intricate structures and avoid geometric limitations.
A technique that makes it possible to print two different materials and combine their properties.
More volume, Bigger parts.
The Sigma D25 can produce some of the largest-scale parts within the desktop market thanks to its massive 420x300x200mm printing volume.
Straight-forward workflow. Wireless printing.
The Sigma D25 is equipped with the latest connectivity features. Easily send your print files when connected to the network for a hassle-free workflow. And forget about manual firmware upgrades thanks to Over The Air (OTA) updates, who will ensure that your printer is always up to date (activated on demand).
BCN3D Stratos is a straightforward slicing software, designed for speed and efficiency while still ensuring top-quality prints for a powerful 3D printing process. The user-friendly interface is free and compatible with all BCN3D Sigma and Epsilon printers.
Professional-grade materials manufactured by BASF and Mitsubishi Chemical and designed to deliver outstanding results for BCN3D printers.
Advanced features and increased functionalities
The Sigma D25 is not only different on the outside: our best-known 3D printer has been re-engineered with state-of-the-art features and new functionalities, providing full accessibility for a seamless daily operation.
Surface heating and calibration
Enhanced heat distribution thanks to the aluminium build plate and silicone thermal pad that distribute evenly the heat over the printing surface. The calibration process has also been refined through an optimized firmware calculation system that allows a more accurate adjustment of the levelness.
Repositioned extrusion system
The extruders have been repositioned to the back of the printer, reducing the distance to the hotend and preventing overheating issues.
Both the X and Z axes have been reinforced. The former through a change of material to stainless steel and the latter through multiple changes in its mechanical structure.
An ever-expanding range of professional materials
Work comfortably from your desktop with the most safe-to-print materials, which BCN3D selected for you. The BCN3D Filaments have been developed by renowned chemical companies BASF and Mitsubishi Chemical and optimized to work seamlessly with all BCN3D printers. Ease your workflow with pre-set configurations and simple commands.
